I am officially banned from ever attempting a backflip on a trampoline ever again. I am told that I through my pelvis out which is very believable considering I landed on my head. A visit to my Aunt Pat quickly fixed the problem but she warned me not to try it again unless I have an overwhelming desire to become a quadriplegic. I was, in spite of my lack of euqilibrium, able to flip forward but not backward.
